Your vehicle already comes with breakdown cover for mechanical faults with the vehicle but you would pay for callouts for issues where the driver is at fault like locked keys, running out of fuel, flat batteries or being unable to change a tyre. Lastly you may also be offered Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) which provides financial support in event of injury to the lead driver or passengers (if you have your own travel insurance, you probably don't need this). Alternatively, you may prefer to take out "Super Plus CDW" which also reduces excess to zero but adds cover for all glass (including windscreen), tyres and wheels. If not, you can expect to be offered this at the collection desk in order to reduce your excess risk to zero.
You may have already taken out Global's "Super CDW" zero excess cover as part of your booking. (No need to print this, may be shown on your phone)
